Love and Respect
Please understand that the Bible is God's instruction book. When we reject it
or fail to follow it we will experience trouble and failure. Marriage
is very near and dear to God.We conduct private Love and Respect classes (for the couple together - not individuals) using a book, workbook, and video. It is a 12 week course meeting once a week. There is no charge but couples are asked to pay for their own books. The books are written by Dr. Emerson Eggerich. (Read about him)
The classes are based primarily on Ephesians 5:33 (NIV)
33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as
he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.
This is an amazingly simple formula that is virtually guaranteed to work! Because it is God's command to us, it is a spiritual teaching and not a humanistic teaching. God's love never fails.
